Fitness Training
Fitness/endurance/cardio training such as cycling and
elliptical crosstrainer play an
essential part in my training program and compliment my karate training in
various aspects.
Cycling

Three
times per week, weather permitting.
Alternating between cycling and cross trainer.

Three
times per week, for at least 80 minutes per session on the interval program
setting.
Alternating between crosstrainer and cycling.
