Grow your own Goya (Bitter Melon)

GoyaMuch has been written about the benifitial properties of Goya (Bitter Melon),
there is no need for me to repeat what has been published extensivly (for example at Wikipedia).
Higaonna Sensei also spoke many times about the benfits of including Goya in our diet.

The seeds are available at any good Asian groceries store.

I have planted a few in small seedling pots as well as in a larger pot with some wire mash to support climbing.
Just find a warm spot any where in your garden or balcony etc, they will do just fine.

So why not grow your own?
